Peterborough City Rowing Club has a very active social scene with members regularly getting together for ‘off the water’ activities.
Wednesday is Club Night
Every Wednesday evening the bar is open from 7.00pm and food is available at a modest cost. Members wishing to eat should sign up via the club Facebook page.
Sunday lunchtimes
The club bar is open most Sundays from 12.00 to 2.00pm and all members and guests are welcome.
Annual End of Season Ball
The End of Season Ball is an annual celebration of the achievements of the past regatta season and the occasion for the award of club trophies. It is an opportunity for athletes, coaches and supporters to let their hair down and party. It normally takes place in early October and notice is given at the club and via the Facebook page. Tickets normally become available each September.
Other Events
There will be other social events from time to time coordinated by the Joint Social Secretaries Denise Parker and Debbie Hunt-Pain. In addition members can request use of the clubs facilities for private parties through Denise and Debbie.
