Clubhouse Extension Project: Invitation to Tender
Peterborough City Rowing Club has planning permission for 3 extensions to its existing facility at Thorpe Meadows. The first construction phase is to demolish an earlier extension to the west side of the clubhouse, which is subsiding and past its original life span, and build a larger multi-purpose function room in its place.
The club will shortly be going out to tender for this project and accordingly invites builders and contractors who consider that they have the capability to undertake this work to contact the club’s architect Portess and Richardson – p-r@portessarchitect.com – to receive further information including the tender pack.
Tender Packs must be requested by/on Friday 21st July 2023
