Robert (Bob) Bridges MBE

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that Bob Bridges passed away on 18th January after a period of illness. He was 87.

Bob was involved in the sport of rowing for most of his life including serving as the President at Peterborough City Rowing Club and his loss will be felt by many people in the sport. A full obituary will be published shortly.

Peterborough City Rowing Club would like to express our deepest condolences to all of Bob’s family and friends – he will be greatly missed.
