Peterborough City Rowing Club has an ever growing Ladies Squad with a range of members who participate in competitive and fun, social rowing. The current squad has rowers and scullers across a wide range of age and ability from Novice to Elite and regularly competes at local and national events including Henley Women’s Regatta and WEHORR.

The Club also has a very strong Masters Squad which competes successfully at local, national and international level with wins at the British Rowing Masters Championships and most notably World Masters Championships in 2017 where the PCRC 8+ successfully claimed a gold medal and the title ‘World Champions’.

Ladies Squad training takes place on weekday evenings and weekend mornings where the squad takes advantage of the purpose built rowing lake and over 10km of rowable water on the River Nene. The Squad also has access to dedicated coaches who are responsible for training schedules both on and off the water in the Club’s gym facilities.

The squad is always looking for new members so if you’re interested in joining the Ladies Squad please contact the Ladies Captain, Sarah Watson for more information.
